Kele has 15 years of Management Consulting experience at a global leading firm – Accenture. As both Board Member and Managing Director, Kele had the privilege of working with leading organisations and gained insights into how organisations’ can architect for high performance, leveraging technology. Kele was responsible for the Innovation Services unit, where she worked with clients to define ways in which to respond to the digital disruption that threatened business models of formative years.
In her role, as MD, Kele was passionate about innovation and helping organisations’ understand how to unlock value with a focus on exploring emerging trends to unearth untapped opportunities.
Kele is particularly passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, specifically as it pertains to women, in the workplace. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Yugrow, an innovative behavior change platform that seeks to support closing the economic gender gap.
